I know people who don't watch him because of the yelling, but I think most of it's for show. Even now I wonder how those people are crazy enough to want to be on the reality TV contest show with him. Seems odd to intentionally go there and be yelled at, bullied and such until you cry. I watch both Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares now. It's funny to see that the swearing is bleeped on the shows in the US but not on those in the UK.
